We looking for Sous Chefs (m/w/g) for a Cruise Line on international routes.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for presentation of all dishes according to standards
  • Planning, leadership and motivation of an international team
  • Control of ordering and storage of goods
  • Advice for guests with regard to food intolerances or allergies
  • Correct implementation of our high hygiene, environmental and safety standards in the area of responsibility

Your qualifications:

  • Education as a cook and proven professional experience in the hotel or restaurant kitchen, ideally management experience
  • Knowledge in the fields of HACCP and food intolerances
  • Fluent command of English language is a must
