We looking for a Junior Sous Chef (m/w/g) for a Cruise Line with international Routes worldwide.
Your responsibilities including (but not limited to):
- Appealing presentation of our dishes according to our high quality standards
- Planning, leadership and motivation of an international team
- Control of the ordering and storage of goods
- Advice for guests with regard to food intolerances or allergies
- Correct implementation of our high hygiene, environmental and safety standards in the area of responsibility
- Education as a cook and proven professional experience in the hotel or restaurant kitchen, ideally management experience
- Knowledge in the fields of HACCP and food intolerances
- EDV Skills and fluent English skill
- A distinct service and guest orientation, sovereignty and a sense of responsibility
