We looking for a Junior Sous Chef (m/w/g) for a Cruise Line with international Routes worldwide.

Your responsibilities including (but not limited to):

  • Appealing presentation of our dishes according to our high quality standards
  • Planning, leadership and motivation of an international team
  • Control of the ordering and storage of goods
  • Advice for guests with regard to food intolerances or allergies
  • Correct implementation of our high hygiene, environmental and safety standards in the area of responsibility

Your Qualifications:

  • Education as a cook and proven professional experience in the hotel or restaurant kitchen, ideally management experience
  • Knowledge in the fields of HACCP and food intolerances
  • EDV Skills and fluent English skill
  • A distinct service and guest orientation, sovereignty and a sense of responsibility
