We looking for Sous Chefs (m/w/g) for a Cruise Line on international routes.
- Responsible for presentation of all dishes according to standards
- Planning, leadership and motivation of an international team
- Control of ordering and storage of goods
- Advice for guests with regard to food intolerances or allergies
- Correct implementation of our high hygiene, environmental and safety standards in the area of responsibility
- Education as a cook and proven professional experience in the hotel or restaurant kitchen, ideally management experience
- Knowledge in the fields of HACCP and food intolerances
- Fluent command of English language is a must
